Sometimes you need to downsize to catch a finicky fish. Throw the Shad on a dropshot and let the subtle twitch of it's tail trigger a bite when nothing else will. Or put it on a small jig head and get after the panfish. Cuz sometimes the little guys need some lovin' too.
